Do You Carry Liquor Liability Insurance?

Certain venues require your hired bartender to carry Liability Insurance. We carry the required General liability insurance, up to 2 Million dollars in coverage. We also carry Liquor Liability insurance for up to 2 Million dollars in coverage. We can provide proof of our insurances as requested.

Are Your Bartenders & Servers ServSafe® and TIPs Certified?

Yes, our bartenders & servers are ServSafe® certified in the state of Florida. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. They are also certified and trainers in alcohol serving laws, serving requirements. YES, WE WILL ASK FOR PROOF OF DRINKING AGE AT ANY PRIVATE EVENT. It is the law and our job and duty!

What Is Your Coverage Area?

We provide bar services throughout the Florida Panhandle from Pensacola to Panama City, and anything in between. If your event requires further travel, additional fees apply.

What Kind of Bar Options Do You Provide?

We have a variety of bar options. Our most popular bar is the 1950s vintage horse trailer, restored and converted into a rustic bar. We also have a 1970s restored horse trailer equipped with tap system for keg beer service. For smaller space, we have a portable smaller bar, for indoor areas or poolside. We are able to serve any size parties from it.

We also have a beach surf bar with a surfboard top, perfect for beach service, picnics/bonfire & poolside events.

Our champagne cart is perfect for mimosa bar/bunches, champagne toast and fountains. Also available is champagne wall used for champagne, signature cocktails, shots & more.

Do you offer bartender only service without a bar?

Yes, prices vary depending on the party. Our skilled bartenders will provide great service, hourly rates apply. Also available full bar packages.

What is a 'Suggested Alcohol Shopping List'?

It is a calculated amount of alcohol necessary based on your chosen signature cocktail menu, number of guests & hours of service.

How Does the Free 1-Hour Set-up & Clean-up Work?

The 1 hour set-up and clean-up is not part of the number of hours of bartending service you will receive. It is an additional time that we reserve for setup and preparation, clean up and breakdown. Additional set up fees may apply for difficult to reach places that require extra manpower, time and equipment.

What About Ice, Cups, Mixers, etc?

We provide all ice, cups, mixers and garishes included in our packages. Soda can be purchased as an upgrade on our packages.

Alcohol is NEVER included and has to be provided by the client for the event.

How Do We Reserve Your Services?

To reserve your date and book us for your event, we require a signed service agreement and a nonrefundable 50% deposit.

(3.5% fee will be added to all electronic transactions)

What Factors Affect The Cost of Bartending Services?

The factors that affect the cost of our services include: Type of event, Number of guests, distance we have to travel to your event, number of hours you need our service, and any specialty requests.
